We offer you and your child one of the fastest growing Instructional Cheerleading Programs in the Northland for ages 4-13 years! At SFTS, we always put safety first, so the environment in which we practice is heavily padded and the proper safety equipment is an important part of our program.

Within our Cheer Program, we have classes divided not only by age, but skill level as well. This extremely beneficial for Cheerleaders regardless of their Level, because they will always find that class “just right for them”! Cheerleaders may advance at any time throughout the year, when they become ready. So, they do not have to wait for weeks to move between classes and won’t miss valuable learning time!

SFTS Cheerleading Classes consist of learning proper cheer motions and technique, chants, stunting, and tumbling taught by Professional Instructors with a background in competitive Cheerleading. SFTS Cheerleaders have the opportunity (but are not required) to participate in local parades and performances and our Annual Recital, where we have over 1,000 audience members in attendance!

Our Cheer Instructors are responsible for training a number of cheerleaders that have gone on to make a large variety of Cheerleading Squads at all levels. With some training and dedication, your child can make the squad too!
